The Home Inspection Professional will conduct inspections in accordance with TrybeCheck procedures, collect and document evidence, prepare accurate reports, and maintain impartiality and confidentiality. This role requires a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge in building, architectural, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC inspection.

• Conduct inspections in accordance with TrybeCheck procedures and applicable standards.
• Collect, verify, and document inspection evidence.
• Prepare accurate and objective inspection reports.
• Maintain impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality throughout inspection activities.
• Identify non-conformities and provide clear technical findings.
• Participate in technical training and competence-development programmes.
• Comply with TrybeCheck LP's Quality Management System and accreditation requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in building, facility, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or engineering inspection.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for inspection assignments.
• Professional certifications and previous experience in inspection, auditing, quality management, engineering, agriculture, construction, automotive services, or sustainability will be an added advantage.
