A company based in Ketu, Lagos, is urgently seeking a Customer Relations Officer to join its team and serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and enquiries professionally.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure accurate order information.
• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customers via WhatsApp Business and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions using CRM systems.
• Escalate complex complaints or operational issues appropriately.

• Minimum of OND.
